Texas Real Estate Commission standards. This is a thorough check of the structural,
mechanical and electrical components of the building with a detailed report.
Commercial properties can have differing levels of detailed inspections. Some owners or
buyers may only want a general review of the property condition. In this case, an hourly
rate can be used with an estimated time to complete the inspection. More detailed
inspections can be performed and are generally based on the size of the building. Roof
