involved with the infrared scanning process, our fees might be higher than some
inspectors who do not provide this service.

The cost of an inspection is determined by many factors which include: the size, age,
condition and construction.

 $0.10 / sq. ft.  ($0.15 / sq. ft. if a duplex)
+ Outbuilding w/ livable space

+ Crawlspace
 $75.00   (if accessible)
+ Home is over 20 yrs old
